In Hanoi, on December 15th 2018, BRG Group received the Certificate of Merit for "Outstanding enterprise for Employee". Besides, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) was also granted the Certificate of "Typical enterprise for Employee". Both awards were honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor The ranking announcement ceremony was part of the program called "Enterprise for Employee" by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) cooperated with Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
The "Enterprise for Employee" rankings, chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with the participation of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), assigned to Lao Dong News to organize and implement. The ranking has been held annually since 2014 to vote and rank enterprises which have shown great effort to improve the working environment, care for employees' lives and built up harmonious relationships in the interests of enterprises, workers and social benefits in order to achieve sustainable development.

The "Enterprise for Employee 2018" ranking was evaluated based on the strict criteria set by labor experts. These businesses selected must ensure the following conditions: To increase the turnover / profit; to raise employees’ income ; to have trade unions, no delay in payment; no tax debts; no strikes and no social insurance debt. At the same time, the enterprise must also meet 9 major criteria, divided into 48 smaller ones focused on the implementation of the enterprise's labor code. The criteria sets special points for enterprises that offer more benefits to employees than the stipulation of the law.
