BRG Group and North Hanoi Smart City Honoured at National Real Estate Awards

HANOI – BRG Group has been named among the Top 10 Leading Real Estate Enterprises in Vietnam, while its flagship project, North Hanoi Smart City, has been recognised among the Top 10 Outstanding Real Estate Projects Applying Science and Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation at the second Vietnam National Real Estate Awards.

The prestigious recognitions reaffirm BRG's pioneering role in real estate development, innovation, and the creation of modern, sustainable urban models, contributing to Vietnam's economic competitiveness and the ongoing transformation of the national urban landscape.

A Pioneering Milestone in Vietnam’s Urban Development Journey

North Hanoi Smart City is being developed as Vietnam's first carbon-neutral smart city, incorporating advanced technologies including smart power grids, building and household energy management systems, electric vehicle infrastructure, and an Internet of Things (IoT)-based environmental management platform. The project is designed to create a modern, green and sustainable living environment aligned with global urban development standards.

At the second Vietnam National Real Estate Awards, North Hanoi Smart City earned recognition in the category of "Top 10 Outstanding Real Estate Projects Applying Science and Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation."
